Administration > Users > Company Structure > Define Companies

Before defining a company, it has to be created as a partner. The Define Companies tab opens with the following fields

  1. Company Name - Name of the company
  2. Partner - Selection list to link the new company to an existing partner. You may also add a new partner from this window to relate the company to.
  3. Parent Company - Selection list to designate one of the existing companies as the parent to the new company. Also gives you an option to create a new company as the parent company from here.
  4. Report Header -
  5. Report Footer 1
  6. Report Footer 2
  7. Currency - Selection list to select the appropriate currency for the company. The currencies will have to be defined before for them to be available for selection here. There is also an option to create a new currency from this window.
