Users can be created under any of the companies defined. The user creation window has an option to select any company to add the users to. The options available during the creation of a user are

  1. Name - Full name of the user
  2. Login - Login username for the users. This has to be unique to any installation of TinyERP. Tiny ERP does not allow the creation of users with the same login even if they are created under different companies.
  3. Password - A suitable and secure password for the user.
  4. Signature - Provides a text box for the creation of a unique signature for the user.
  5. Address - The address field provides a lookup for linking the user to any entry in the contacts module.
  6. Company - A lookup field to select the company under which the user should be created.
  7. Action - Enables the selection of an action for the user (I am not sure how this works!!)
  8. Groups - Allows the user to be added to one or more of the existing groups.
  9. Roles - Allows the user to be added to one or more of the existing roles (I am not sure about the significance of roles, as the security seems to be based on groups)
